When registering a jilievoph account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. You must not use a pseudonym, alias, or any false identity when registering.
jilievoph conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines, as amended. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation before withdrawals are approved or at any point during your account lifecycle.
You represent and warrant that all information provided to jilievoph is truthful and accurate. Any material misrepresentation in your registration details entitles jilievoph to immediately suspend or terminate your account and void any pending transactions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilievoph login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
You agree to notify jilievoph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account by contacting our support team via live chat. jilievoph will not be liable for any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
jilievoph reserves the right to suspend an account where suspicious login activity is detected, pending verification of the account holder's identity.
jilievoph accepts deposits exclusively through the following approved payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and direct bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted where supported.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. jilievoph reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source and to suspend the associated player account pending investigation.
Permitted payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and Philippine debit cards. Cryptocurrency deposits and credit card gambling deposits are not accepted on jilievoph.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your verified jilievoph account. jilievoph does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed full KYC verification, including submission and approval of a valid government-issued Philippine ID and, where applicable, proof of address. jilievoph reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds in compliance with AMLA reporting obligations.
Any withdrawal request that cannot be completed due to failed verification, incorrect account details, or suspected fraudulent activity will be reversed to the player's jilievoph account balance, and the player will be notified via their registered contact details.
jilievoph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Any unauthorised use of jilievoph intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilievoph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
jilievoph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jilievoph makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Platform.
In jurisdictions where the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability is not permitted by law, jilievoph's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In no event shall jilievoph's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilievoph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilievoph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jilievoph reasonably believes that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
Upon termination of your account for cause, jilievoph may, at its sole discretion, void any pending bonuses, free bets, or promotional credits. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of termination will be handled in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations and jilievoph's internal compliance procedures.
You may close your jilievoph account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of any outstanding compliance checks.
jilievoph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jilievoph will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the jilievoph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
